My Chemical Romance是一只来自美国新泽西的当红摇滚乐队。My Chemical Romance的成员都来自新泽西州，成员包括：主唱 Gerard Way 、鼓手Matt Pelissier、吉他手Ray Toro、Mikey Way贝斯手和Frank Iero主奏吉他手。

很值得一提的是,他们的《Helena》获得了2005 MTV音乐录影带大奖的最佳摇滚录影带。我不知道如何定义这个乐队的性质，歌曲有Punk的味道，同时也具有金属的张力，乐队的妆扮却很哥特。只有有一点不容置疑，如果你听过他们的歌，一定会让你大呼过瘾。

主唱Gerard Way十分害怕针状物，这也是为什么他身上没有任何纹身和穿孔的原因。同时Gerard Way拥有画画的天赋，他也从来没有放弃画画，乐队第二张专辑中的很多插画就是他本人画的。My Chemical Romance这个乐队的名字取自一本书，叫做Ecstacy: Three Tales of Chemical Romance (作者：Irvine Welsh)，是Mikey Way在Barnes and Noble书店工作时想到的。
