整张专辑全是取自Meg自己的原始素材，可以说是一张非常接近Meg内心的歌曲集，整张专辑清新委婉。Meg这样说到:“这张专辑我将尽我个人所能的投入其中的编写和塑造，并尽可能的来减少分歧。我是真的很爱这些歌，并将它们严肃对待，同时尽我所能的将它完成的更好。我想进行一些新的和有意义的尝试，同时又有一种所有歌曲已经完全写出的感觉。”
