每一代的《寂静岭》的音乐都好出色，这代游戏的作曲和背景音效仍旧是是akira yamaoka山冈晃，主题曲演唱者是Melissa Williamson（别名叫Mary Elizabeth McGlynn），片尾曲演唱者是Joe Romersa。

这次主题曲仍旧很好听的，但是歌词比较很直白，没有什么苦涩的含义，抒情的曲调与《寂静岭》整体的阴暗、恐怖与晦涩形成对比，还是很令人耳朵一亮。好听。
