Siamese Dream是Smashing Pumpkins 93年发行的专辑，虽然不如Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness被歌迷们倍为推崇，但还是一张不可多得的另类摇滚专辑。

乐队介绍：

主间吉他/主唱/词曲作者billy corgan (比利.科根)是一位职业爵士吉他手的儿子.他喜欢"低级戏法"和"黑色安息日"也喜欢朋克精神.他想把朋克音乐的粗糙声响与动 听的旋律结合起来.

父母离异后,19岁的科根来到佛罗里达,在没有寻求到必展后.于是1988年回到芝加哥.并结识吉他手:james iha(詹姆期.伊哈)和贝司手:d'arcy wertzky(达西.雷茨基)成立乐队取名"碎南瓜".

1990年乐队进棚录制第上张专辑glsh并于是1991年夏天发行并卖出40万张.此后,乐 队进行了1年的巡演,并且知名度不断上升.在93年出版专辑siamese dream后,乐队真正的一举成名.专辑进入排行榜第10名.其中的单曲cherubrock &小天使摇滚)成为当代的热门歌曲.
